  • Fresno Kids Party Rentals delivers and picks up all rental items for a flat fee of $10 within Fresno city limits.
  • To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of checkout in addition to acceptance of the rental agreement terms and conditions.
  • Customers can cancel their reservation for up to 24 hours after booking for a full refund. Deposits are nonrefundable 24 hours after booking.
  • Booking balances must be paid in full at least 7 days before scheduled delivery.
  • Weekday drop off and pickups windows are 5-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 4-8 p.m. on Fridays.
  • Weekend drop off and pickup windows are 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Sunday.
  • Delivery includes moving rental items ground level location on a flat, hard surface, within 25 feet of the nearest loading area with no steps or obstructions, ensuring the items are stacked neatly and securely with reasonable access for the customer.
  • Chairs and tables may be opened and moved by customer at their discretion.
  • All equipment must be ready for pick up during the designated pickup window in the same manner in which it was delivered—folded and stacked neatly, secure and accessible to staff.
